Job Title: Facilities Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a facilities strategy to ensure the highest quality guest experience across multiple theme parks.
  • Lead multi-year maintenance and improvement programs, driving efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage operational budgets, identifying cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven strategic planning skills with the ability to deliver operational excellence.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and procurement.
