Chief Business Development Specialist

This position involves providing ongoing end-to-end service support based on established agreements and service level agreements.
Responsibilities include hands-on technical checks of chemical dosing levels, calibration of equipment, training sessions for customer staff, safety compliance of products, monitoring chemical stock, ordering new stock in time with order and processing timelines, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and introduction of new products or technologies to support clients with their sustainability initiatives.
Additionally, this role involves conducting business reviews, acquiring new clients, developing competitive commercial proposals, presenting product benefits, and converting prospective clients into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience managing large corporate accounts, a degree or diploma in a science discipline such as chemical engineering, chemistry, or mechanical engineering, first-class business acumen and analytical skills, solid presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, mechanical aptitude, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and full working rights and an open driver's license.
