About the Position

Delivering high-quality patient care to veterans and their families is core to our mission.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and personal care that meets residents' unique needs and goals, fostering a person-centred approach with effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrating teamwork and coordination abilities. This requires a deep understanding of accountability, consultation, and emergency management principles.

Additional shifts may be available at Brighton and/or our Brighton East homes, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting
  • Availability to work between Monday and Friday
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to coordinate personal care services while providing clinical care
  • Able to work autonomously with an understanding of accountability and consultation
  • Capability to manage emergency situations within established processes as Chief Warden.
