About this role
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Business Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and analysis, and collaborate with Customer Connections and Land Development Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops to drive business unit group innovation
- Analyse and communicate requirements to deliver value for the business and customers
- Facilitate process mapping and procedural documentation to ensure seamless solutions
- Perform post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with proficient knowledge of agile project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
