  • About the Role: This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Sales and Business Development Professional to join our organization. Your mission will be to cultivate existing client relationships and drive growth across other key accounts in Melbourne.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Account Management and Customer Support: Provide ongoing, end-to-end service support based on established agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This may involve hands-on technical checks of chemical dosing levels and calibration of equipment.

  • Training and Education: Deliver training sessions to customer staff on the use of our products, ensuring safety compliance.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor chemical stock at each customer site, ordering new stock in time with order and processing timelines.

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and introduce new products or technologies to support clients with their sustainability initiatives.

  • Business Development and Growth: Conduct business reviews, acquire new clients, and develop competitive commercial proposals.

  • Presentation and Sales: Present product benefits and convert prospective clients into long-term partnerships.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience with proven track record of managing large corporate accounts.

  • A degree or diploma in a science discipline, such as chemical engineering, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.

  • First-class business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Solid presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude.

  • A self-starter who thrives working independently and potentially taking a leadership role.

  • The ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Full working rights and an open driver's license.
