Job Description:

This newly created role as the HR Business Partner for QLD requires a collaborative individual to partner with our Commercial Operations Team. Based out of our busy production and distribution facility in Brisbane's Southside, you will support across the areas of employee and industrial relations, leadership and talent development, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives, provide support to managers on employee relations, performance management, award interpretation and legislation, and ensure matters are dealt with in line with company policies and procedures.

You will also provide coaching and development to managers to enhance their leadership capability, develop and analyze HR metrics, develop and implement communication and engagement initiatives, and support with talent acquisition across your region as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to be clear and confident in your advice, and to communicate with stakeholders across a broad range of socio-economic and cultural groups.
