**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Support Assistant to join our General Insurance team in Sydney.

As a Corporate Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our fee-earners, including partners and lawyers, in the General Insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide telephone handling and customer service support to the team* Prepare and manage monthly billing and client file maintenance* Coordinate outgoing mail and assist with general practice management* Maintain Partner/lawyers' contacts in our CRM system and assist with list management* Draft documentation as required and perform other ad-hoc administration duties* Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals and objectives

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Corporate Support Assistant with experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with legal billing systems and client management software is desirable but not required.
