THE ROLE:
This is a full-time permanent position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with daily tasks. Responsibilities include preparing meeting rooms, tidying up post-meetings, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffees and beverages for clients in a timely and efficient manner, as well as assisting with the preparation of food and beverages for clients. This role also involves dealing with postage deliveries, restocking stationery and fridges where needed, and performing other back-of-house tasks.

ABOUT YOU:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a waiting position, preferably in a corporate or professional setting. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, be flexible with working hours for ad-hoc evening events, and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Barista experience is highly desirable, but training is provided for the right candidate.
