About the Role

The Y WA is currently seeking a casual Customer Service Liaison based at Narrogin Regional Leisure Centre. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all enquiries, paperwork, sales, customer service and administration pertaining to the centre's patrons and members are professionally handled.

Narrogin Regional Leisure Centre, managed by The Y WA, provides health and fitness, recreation, sporting and leisure opportunities for the entire community. We create an environment where people are engaged and feel safe, have a strong sense of belonging and ensure our centre is connected with the local community and supporting local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • National Police Certificate and Working with Children check
  • Friendly and outgoing personality able to interact with patrons of all ages
  • Ability to utilise own initiative and work independently
  • Flexibility in availability including weekends

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
