We are a modern care home located in Delacombe, Ballarat, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our residents and staff. Our home consists of five resident communities, each with a dedicated team to cater to individual care needs. We have 144 beds, including dementia and high care units, and our primary goal is to prioritize the health, lifestyle, and well-being of our residents.

About the RoleAs a Customer Services Consultant, you will work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional administrative support to our care home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resident Placement: Providing a warm welcome to prospective residents and their loved ones, handling enquiries, and coordinating admissions.
- Employee Service: Supporting and overseeing the care home employee experience, including rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and leave management.
- Concierge / Reception / Admin: Leading the customer and administrative experience function, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Patience and calm demeanor, with a sunny disposition.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to reassure and follow up with residents and families.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
- Highly developed organization and time management skills, with prioritization and self-direction.
