About the Role:- Collect and lodge bonds and deposits with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA).
- Manage the documentation process and ensure accurate collection.
- Oversee the customer journey, including referencing and financial validation (e.g., proof of income, deposits, and bonds).
- Provide general administrative support and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist the sales team and engage in community presentations and events.
- Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
- Prior administrative experience is required.
- Agents Rep Certificate is mandatory* (candidates willing to study for this alongside the position are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Property industry knowledge is desirable.
- Competitive salary package of $70,000 - $75,000 + incentives (OTE $85,000+).
- Clear progression pathway to a Manager role once established and confident.
- Flexible work arrangements, including up to 2 days per week from home after onboarding and feeling up and running.
