Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Rewards Leader to oversee the development and implementation of our Asia Pacific rewards strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading remuneration programs, working closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and collaborating with global teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work independently in complex organisations while partnering with cross-functional teams.
The Strategic Rewards Leader will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a region-specific remuneration and benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Engaging with our global network to share best practices and ensure alignment
- Providing expert advice to senior leaders and contributing to pay equity initiatives
- Overseeing annual remuneration reviews, executive compensation, and global mobility governance
- Driving a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems
