In this highly visible role, you'll report to the Head of Performance & Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices.
You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

What you'll do Managing and maintaining the ING requirements around Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework Managing key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers Partnering with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability Providing expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance Contributing to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING's Community of Expertise What we're looking for An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in remuneration governance.5+ years' experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities Proven experience working with senior executives and boards Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements Experience implementing advanced compensation reward programs Managing and navigating requirements of regulatory frameworks (e.g.: FAR, CPS511 etc)Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills What's in it for you?Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from Discounted ING Health Insurance An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity About Us At ING, we're all about making life simpler and more rewarding - for the people who bank with us, the team members who work with us, and the communities we're proud to support.
