The Remuneration Governance and Regulation Analyst will be responsible for monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures, and market benchmarking.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders on various year-end processes in preparation of the Remuneration Report which is published annually as part of the annual report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures and market benchmarking.
  • Drafting clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Advising on and managing compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting or remuneration related roles, with proven ability to work under pressure and against exacting timelines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, as well as experience in producing high-quality, professional documentation. Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
