Job Overview

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our Talent Acquisition processes.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work across multiple workstreams, leveraging your analytical skills to streamline processes, elevate the recruitment experience, and drive scalable solutions.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of current-state TA processes, design future-state workflows, and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience through process automation and optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and user stories using industry-standard tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven business analysis skills, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in functional HR transformation.
  • Experience with current-state mapping, process improvement, and user-centric design principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and other industry-standard tools.
