Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Change Manager to support our complex HR transformation program, focusing on Time & Labour Management (TLM) and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic change, learning, and communications plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Execute change activities across multiple workstreams, leveraging Agile practices such as visual canvases and kanban boards.
  • Support capability uplift and stakeholder engagement through collaboration with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and delivery teams.
  • Drive outcomes in a multi-stream, continuous delivery setup, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change or project delivery, with a proven track record of driving successful transformations.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders.
  • Senior stakeholder management and engagement expertise, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • HR transformation experience, preferably with Oracle or ADP TLM, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Agile delivery exposure is highly desirable, with a proven ability to apply Agile principles and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
