Job Title

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as HCM Transformation Experts.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in HCM transformation to drive business outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Create employee experience strategies with market-relevant thought leadership.
  • Develop employee experience journeys, personas, and roadmaps to digitize HR service delivery and improve workforce experiences.
  • Deliver HR transformation E2E projects and state-of-the-art HR service transformation solutions at a global scale.
  • Design and implement HR processes to enable operationalization of client HR strategies.
  • Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR cloud and HXM technologies from hire to retire.
  • Provide workforce transformation advisory services including talent marketplace solutions and skill-based organization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Broad business skills set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
  • Domain expertise in processes from the hire to retire employee cycle, including defining HR processes and creating formal process documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing HR technologies such as HCM cloud systems and HR ticketing/workflow tools.
