Job Title: Financial Governance Specialist
Overview:
Our organization seeks an experienced Tax Manager to oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This key position plays a pivotal role within our Finance team, responsible for solving complex tax issues and identifying opportunities for tax minimization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of international tax matters, be able to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment, and facilitate effective communication with external tax consultants and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the preparation and review of accurate and compliant tax returns
- Identify and address tax issues across multiple jurisdictions, implementing strategies to minimize liabilities
- Manage tax audits and prepare required documentation promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax consultants and tax authorities
- Conduct research on tax implications and provide actionable guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years' experience as a Tax Manager or in a senior role within a Big Four public accounting firm
