Job Summary

As a key member of our Finance & Tax Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and oversight of finance governance and monitoring.

Working in a high-performing advisory function focused on enhancing the governance of the Financial Control Framework, you will deliver value to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement group-wide policies and frameworks within finance.
  • Develop high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting.
  • Support other finance initiatives in an advisory capacity.
  • Oversee and uplift the finance control environment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications.
  • At least five years of post-qualification experience preferably within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks to execute on key deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels.
