Lead Financial Governance Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Financial Governance Specialist to spearhead our controls uplift agenda within Central Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving non-financial risk monitoring and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish effective governance frameworks to ensure robust financial risk management.
- Develop and implement strategies to monitor key risk indicators.
- Collaborate with control owners to implement policies and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance processes.
- Lead process and control deep-dive reviews to identify areas for improvement.
About You:
- You have a Chartered accountant background with 7+ years experience in a Financial Institution, with a strong understanding of activities within the Finance function.
- Thorough knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Risk and Control Advisory and Governance roles, with strong stakeholder management skills.
