Medical Supply Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Supply Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of medical equipment, gases, and other goods directly to clients and patients.

You will work closely with our drivers/technicians to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Manage patient enquiries and requests
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of drivers/technicians runs
  • Order and maintain stock levels
  • Support the team with training and staff development
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improve service delivery
  • Ensure asset compliance through scheduled and corrective maintenance
  • Perform vehicle audits and preventative maintenance

Qualifications

  • Motivated to create positive change in transport/logistics operations
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely and handle equipment weighing up to 25kg
  • Covid-19 and flu vaccination certificate required
  • Familiarity with local knowledge and geography
  • Strong focus on team safety and compliance
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight or coordination
