Job Summary:

This role is accountable for orchestrating and overseeing logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing efficiency and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

  • Arrange and dispatch vehicles to deliver materials efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide routes, instructions, and updates on deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and driver hours.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate logistics to meet customer demands.
  2. Manage relationships with drivers and customers to enhance communication and service quality.
  3. Prepare and submit regular reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in software and technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
