Job Title: Site Engineer

The position of a Site Engineer is crucial in overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

A strong background in heavy civil engineering and experience working on large-scale construction projects are essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct site surveys, investigations, and assessments to gather essential data and ensure project feasibility.
  • Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in heavy civil engineering construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
