The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's QHSE systems to meet the needs of the organization and comply with relevant statutory requirements.

You will be responsible for administering, monitoring and maintaining the company's QHSE Management Systems and standards across multiple sites.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working in a similar position and have a solid understanding of the relevant statutory compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining several systems, including Document Control, Traceability and safety, QHSE document and records, Calibration and inspection of equipment, Chemical Management system, and Contractor Management system.
  • Administering, monitoring and maintaining the company's QHSE Management Systems and standards across multiple sites.

Requirements include:

  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience in process mapping and procedure writing
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively
  • High level of motivation and drive to support and coordinate a wider team
  • Attention to detail and systems orientated
  • Forward-thinking approach to tasks and ability to be proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable qualities include:

  • Extensive experience in the implementation and/or maintenance of business management systems, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, HACCP)
