Key Job Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Achieve and maintain operational control across multiple sites.
  • Roll out and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across a large geographic area.
  • Maintain high quality service delivery and develop the operational team with assistance from local business managers.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver on business operational strategy.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to create, maintain and develop long and short-term relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of operational staff.
  • Passion to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to take on physical tasks when necessary.
  • Minimum 3 years High Level Operational Management experience.
  • Proven organizational/planning ability.
  • The ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite Leadership and problem solving skills.
