Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description

The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and strategic operational activities associated with running a hospitality services business in Queensland and Western Australia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing robust business plans aligned with contracted and business requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Serving as the primary representative of the company to clients in delivering services.
  • Providing monthly reporting on budget and operational outcomes to clients at financial and operational meetings, including contractual KPI performance.
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports and meeting expectations.
  • Consistently meeting with suppliers and clients to drive better products, experiences, partnerships, and prices.
  • Maintaining complete visibility of financial operations with the corporate team at all times.
  • Continually developing new initiatives across hospitality services.
  • Delivering the company's contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with KPIs and performance measures as prescribed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess senior leadership experience in hospitality operations, along with strong financial and client management skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while embedding a customer-centric culture is essential.
