Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and experience leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these opportunities. Your expertise in lean six sigma and agile project management will be highly valued in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be an effective communicator and leader who can inspire and motivate our team members to achieve exceptional results.
