Job Title: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue from key client accounts to achieve agreed revenue targets and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and sales quota targets.
  • Work closely with the Account Director to determine current and future sales plans and ensure they are met and exceeded.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor in-house procedures through key performance indicators and minimize exposure to risk.
  • Provide a professional and credible company image in the market place in keeping with company policy.
  • Liaise with other department managers on issues likely to affect Landis+Gyr, such as technical issues, cost trends, plant loading, and quality.
  • Liaise between the marketing and product management on customer and product-related issues.
  • Liaise and cooperate with other departments within Landis+Gyr for maximum effectiveness of the business.
Requirements:
  • Advanced communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (PC and mainframe).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence those responsible for activities which affect the outcomes of our processes.
  • Proven time management.
  • Drivers License.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
  • Gas and Electricity industry.
  • Customer Service Management.
  • Logistics management.
