We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead the implementation of workforce efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment. This 12-month maximum term contract is central to driving improvements in job design, rostering, recruitment, performance management, and compliance across the organisation.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a defined program of work focused on improving systems and strategies that support operational excellence and a strong workplace culture.

  • Leading the implementation of a defined program of work focused on workforce efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment
  • Driving improvements in job design, rostering, recruitment, performance management, and compliance to support consistent and scalable people practices
  • Informing improvements to our HRIS, ensuring functionality supports effective workforce planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Applying contemporary workforce planning methodologies and tools to enable accurate forecasting, modelling and data-informed decision-making
  • Ensuring workforce data is accurate, reliable and used effectively for planning, risk identification and strategic reporting
  • Advising on organisational change, supporting capability uplift across operational teams, and helping embed new processes and systems

Required skills and qualifications include experience leading workforce strategy or optimisation projects, a strong understanding of workforce planning, workforce data and HR systems, excellent communication skills, and relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, workforce analytics or a related field.
