Strategic Workforce Manager

Aware Super seeks an experienced Workforce Strategist to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce planning and management principles, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Scheduling: Ensure planned and unplanned events are captured and resourcing is optimised to minimise impacts on service delivery; Provide ongoing recommendations to best deliver member experience while maximising resource utilisation.
- Real-Time Analysis/Management: Utilise workforce management tools and technology to monitor intra-day performance and implement adjustments to staff coverage in partnership with the leadership team; Communicate with stakeholders on service centre and member solutions performance and underlying factors/trends.
- Forecasting: Assist the team with short-term forecasting and progress towards developing long-term forecasting techniques.
