Centre Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our site team and ensure the asset operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and on-site contractor performance
  • Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services
  • Lead budget management and forecasting
  • Ensure lease obligations and compliance are upheld
  • Drive tenant relationships and manage key stakeholder communication
  • Guide maintenance and capital works planning
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of operational property management, preferably retail assets
  • Proven leadership in managing contractors and building services
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a high-traffic environment
  • Financial acumen with exposure to OPEX and reporting cycles
