A key role in our administration team is available for a dynamic and patient-focused leader who can effectively manage administration functions across two sites.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Administration Manager to ensure seamless management of administrative tasks, rostering requirements, and daily reception functions. Rotational shifts are involved.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance with administrative tasks and ensuring timely attendance of patients
  • Updating clerical work practice standards and associated documentation

We require an individual with previous leadership experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. You will be part of a diverse and collaborative workforce dedicated to helping people live healthy and fulfilled lives.
