Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic education leader to join our team as Associate Director, Education Quality. In this pivotal role, you will lead the operational delivery of academic quality assurance frameworks and champion continuous improvement in curriculum design.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum review, or program evaluation within higher education, regulatory, or similar settings
  • Strong understanding of, and experience working with, the Higher Education Standards Framework and risk-based regulatory approach
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and support stakeholders through change and improvement initiatives
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to manage staff and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written communication skills, including reporting, briefing, and policy development
