Dynamic Venue Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and motivated leader to spearhead our venue operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Energy: Motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Boost Revenue: Run successful shifts, drive up and cross selling, and exceed customer expectations
  • Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into a vibrant and engaging destination
  • Support Your Team: Inspire and coach a high-energy team of professionals
  • Handle Operations: Manage front of house and back of house portfolios, including rosters, training, and forecasting
  • Cultivate Culture: Build a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters employee engagement
  • Grow and Shine: Develop your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a dynamic entertainment venue
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • An obsession with delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
  • Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • A desire to make a lasting impact
