Customer Service Job Description

The Customer Service & Retail Sales Consultant role involves delivering comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for our Norton Livestock Handling Solutions products.

You will be the key link between us and our customers, providing exceptional service by addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers in our retail space, collaborating with our on-site manufacturing team, managing quotes and orders, and ensuring smooth order coordination and delivery.

As a customer-focused professional, you will thrive in this role if you have proven experience in customer service or retail sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
