Personal Care Specialist

At our organisation, we provide high-quality support services to individuals in their homes.

  • We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team and provide individualised care to clients.

The role involves:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities according to client care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care
  • Responding to emergency situations using first aid skills

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Registered and insured vehicle
  • Compassion, empathy, and passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
