
Care and Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients with physical injuries or psychological disorders to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of case management and reporting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying barriers to return-to-work, organizing interventions with stakeholders, and monitoring client progress.

- Manage client portfolios and provide individualized support to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.">
- Identify and address barriers to return-to-work, including physical and psychological challenges.">
- Develop and implement return-to-work plans tailored to each client's needs.">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.">

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.">
- Current registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).">
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in rehabilitation or social work.">
- Certified police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.">
