
Financial Performance Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working closely with the Associate Director, Delivery, to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.
As a key member of the team, you will lead a group of Capability Support Officers, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver quality support across multiple capability areas.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Partnering with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and sourcing accurate information to support reporting.
This full-time position will be located at a campus in the region.
You will have:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing insightful reports.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
- Experience working with tools such as ServiceNOW PPM, Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
