About the Role:

As the Customer Service Manager at Myer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive profitable sales. You will champion our Customer First Strategy, manage day-to-day operations, coach and mentor team members, and drive high-performance sales and service culture.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
  • People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs
  • Experience in performance management will be highly regarded
  • Superior customer service and selling skills
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritizing and meeting deadlines
