We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Parramatta.

Salary: $40.17 per hour + Super

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer and stakeholder service delivery.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve 80% of customer contacts independently to ensure satisfaction without escalation.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems, and customer experiences to align with best practices.
  • Utilize internal systems to manage transactions for internal and external customers.
  • Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Windows operational systems and multiple information systems.
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
