We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Parramatta.
Salary: $40.17 per hour + Super
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer and stakeholder service delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Resolve 80% of customer contacts independently to ensure satisfaction without escalation.
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and customer experiences to align with best practices.
- Utilize internal systems to manage transactions for internal and external customers.
- Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Windows operational systems and multiple information systems.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
