Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team in Western Sydney, NSW. This role will provide an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our company strategy to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service requests, orders, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Receive and assess service requirements, communicate with sales and customers for necessary clarifications.
  • Ordering and stock management, planning, and managing daily work schedules.
  • Collect service reports, inform the Manager of performance issues, and consolidate documentation for invoicing.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders, coordinate technical training, and monitor KPIs.
  • Maintain relevant data across various systems.
