
Business Development Specialist

As a key member of the industry team, you will engage with existing customers and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to capture business opportunities and create long-term partnerships.
- Ongoing territory management – optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone.
- Promote Hilti's presence in the marketplace through high-level customer consultations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and record sales data as reporting is crucial to this role.
- Previous experience in construction or façade industries advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or architecture highly desirable.
- Proven experience in account management, sales representation, or customer-facing roles.
- Solution selling and customer-centric approach.
- A valid Australian driver’s license required.
- Experience with CRM systems desirable.
- Motivated and capable of working independently, managing own work schedule.
- Strong discipline with ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships.
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills.
