Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our team to undertake quality workmanship in the repair of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers by quoting vehicles accurately and efficiently.
  • To manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, including managing suppliers to authorise additional work in a timely manner.
  • To assist with production management of the centre where required and ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • To hand over completed repairs to customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities, with proficiency in AudaNet highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers, and a strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, problem solve with accuracy, and have a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
