About the Role

Exciting Opportunities for Experienced Professionals

This role presents a unique chance to join our team as an Insurance Loss Adjustor, providing timely and accurate quotes for accident repairs.

You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with clients and work providers.

This position reports to the Centre Manager and works within a large network of repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner
  • Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online
  • Managing parts for repairs and suppliers
  • Assisting with production management
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in a similar position, including estimates and quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable. Additionally, excellent customer service skills, systems experience, and computer abilities are required.
