Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator Role

The company is seeking a qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and adhering to industry standards and insurer/company procedures
  • Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinating suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition and handed over to customers

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable
  • Ability to problem solve with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
