About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  3. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  4. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  6. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  7. Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  9. Handing over completed repairs to customers

About You

  1. Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  2. Proven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable
  3. Ibody experience desirable but not necessary
  4. Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  5. Highly professional and personable
  6. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  7. Excel an advantage but not necessary
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Ability to meet strict deadlines
  10. Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  11. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  12. Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
  13. High attention to detail
  14. Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
