Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Westpac SME.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your networking skills with your lending expertise to build and manage a pipeline of new business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for partnering with internal specialists and working across a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, servicing them across Victoria and facilitating seamless transactions.

You will also focus on first-party new-to-bank deals and proactively identify opportunities to grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing networks and partners in the local community
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnerships
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
