About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Retail Implementation Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) in South Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the successful execution of new store projects, renovations, and relocations across our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple store projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail or construction, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
