Aged Care Operations Manager

Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change.
We are currently seeking a contract Administration Officer for our busy Aged care Residence. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, supporting the recruitment and on-boarding of new employees, and managing training and development activities.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in rostering, including validations for payroll, preferably in the aged care sector;
- A proven track record of providing support in recruitment and on-boarding processes;
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time and expectation management abilities;
- The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, residents, and family members;
- The capacity to provide support and supervision to Reception employees;
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach;
