Job Opportunity

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee sales, service, and aftermarket operations across multiple states and territories in the East Coast Region.

  • Operational Management: The manager will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
  • Sales & Service Oversight: The role requires driving revenue growth, maintaining key customer relationships, and meeting sales and profit targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: A high-performing team across multiple locations will be led, mentored, and developed by this individual.
  • Financial Management: Regional budgets will be managed, P&L performance overseen, and cost-saving strategies implemented.
  • Customer Focus: Strong relationships will be built, issues resolved promptly, and a customer-first approach maintained.
  • Compliance: Full compliance with relevant WHS/OHS Act, Regulations, and industry safety standards will be ensured.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Expertise in WHS/OHS compliance, AU & NZ workplace laws, and industry safety regulations.
